The AMNEC vision is to be a nationally recognised centre of professional learning in advanced medical nutrition therapy.

We aim to set a high standard of evidence-based, cutting-edge practice in the areas of:

• clinical assessment 

• laboratory testing 

• therapeutic use and evaluation of nutraceuticals (including functional foods)

• and implementation of plant-based diets (especially the Mediterranean diet high in legumes).
